Description
Ozuma's second top, Flash Leopard 2, evolves from Flash Leopard within the same Balance Type, Magnacore System line. It swaps in a Panther Head attack ring, a Right MG South Core spin gear and a Metal Sharp Base beneath the same Flash Leopard bit chip and Ten Heavy weight disk, and Takara Tomy also issued a silver-coloured variant.

Parts in detail
Follow-up release to Flash Leopard, replacing the Attack Ring, Spin Gear core, and Blade Base with different parts while keeping the same stock Weight Disk.
| Slot | Part | Weight | Spin | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Attack Ring | Panther Head | 5.5 g | Left (favored); Right (weak) | Ineffective in right spin due to poorly exposed contact points, but a competitive left-spin Smash Attack ring: well-angled regular contact points plus thick, partly-hidden head sections add power for a modest recoil cost, and its slopes contribute extra destabilization. |
| Weight Disk | Ten Heavy | 16.1 g | The same versatile, near-must-have compact/heavy weight disk described elsewhere in this batch, excellent for RPM retention in defense, grinding, force-smash, and upper-attack builds. | |
| Spin Gear | Neo Right Spin Gear (North Magne Version) | 1.15 per shell (2.3 total) / 3.3 (North Magnecore) g | Right | The Neo shell provides broad base compatibility; the North Magnecore's polarity is essentially irrelevant outside magnetic stadiums, and as a weight it's a decent mid-tier recoil-control option, generally a last resort behind the Heavy Metal Core except on SG Metal Flat Base (Gaia Dragoon V Version), where its lighter weight balances better. |
| Blade Base | SG Metal Sharp Base | 7.6 g | Tall and bulky, with a low-friction, tilt-prone tip that gives poor stability, no useful movement, and weak Life-After-Death; despite unusually heavy base clips, it has no real competitive use and is outclassed even by older parts like Metal Sting Base. |
Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.

In play and in the story
Competitive players regard Panther Head as a strong pick for left-spin Smash Attack, though rings such as Metal Driger, Dragoon G or Driger G are seen as cheaper and equally viable, its Metal Sharp Base is generally written off as unusable, and the set overall suits a collector without an established attack ring already.
