Description

Masamune Kadoya's second Beyblade in Beyblade: Metal Fury, evolved from his original Ray Striker D125CS, known in Japan as Blitz Unicorno 100RSF. Unusually for a 4D-series evolution, it was remodeled by Coach Steel rather than upgraded via a Star Fragment.

Community testing, 2011-10-07 — summarised

The competitive view

Blitz Unicorno 100RSF is a right-spin Metal Fight Beyblade attack combo released only in the BB-117 Strongest Blader Set, built around the mode-changing Blitz 4D metal wheel, with a face bolt, clear wheel, a Core/Metal Frame split enabling two attack modes, a low 100 track, and a rubber semi-flat bottom.

Blitz has two mode-changeable configurations -- Assault Attack Mode (three wide wings, lower recoil, steadier contact, rated top-tier for right-spin Smash Attack) and Barrage Attack Mode (six shorter wings) -- with Assault generally preferred; cited combos are MF Blitz Unicorno II CH120R2F for general Attack use and the low-profile Blitz Unicorno II 85R2F, said to reliably KO MF-H Basalt Kerbecs BD145CS.

Verdict as the draft gives it: Called one of the best purchases for right-spin Attack players and a top-tier Smash Attack wheel, though it loses badly to left-spin attackers such as Lightning L-Drago/L-Drago Destroy on CH120/90/85/BD145RF tracks.

  • Face Bolt Unicorno II depicts the constellation Monoceros
  • Clear Wheel Unicorno II: 3.27g, purple horn motif, iron powder scattered through the plastic
  • 4D Metal Wheel Blitz: 43.72g total (Core 31.07g + Metal Frame 12.65g)
  • Track 100: 1.0g
  • Bottom Rubber Semi-Flat (RSF): 0.7g, harder-rubber mold on this set vs. the softer RSF mold in Random Booster Vol.7 Beat Lynx (Tornado Horuseus 130RSF)
  • Overall combo weight: 49.89g
  • Released only with BB-117 Strongest Blader Set
