About This Part
Rubber Semi-Flat, or RSF, is a Takara Tomy Performance Tip that debuted in Japan on October 23, 2010 with the BB-91 Booster Ray Gil 100RSF, matched in the West by the BB-91 Starter Pack of the same Beyblade. It is a Semi-Flat shape made of rubber, with a smaller radius that gives it a firm grip on the stadium floor while still allowing a touch of aggressive movement when launched with force. Two mould variants exist: a softer, more active rubber used with Tornado Horuseus 130RSF, and a firmer one found in some copies of Blitz Unicorno 100RSF.
In Play
Although Takara Tomy classed it as an Attack Performance Tip, the community finds it delivers little real knockout power, instead earning its keep in Defense-leaning combinations thanks to its steady grip, while it also struggles against Beyblades spinning the opposite way and suffers from generally weak stamina.
