Zyro battles Akuya and his gang, overcoming a barrage of Beys once Maru identifies the trick behind Akuya's Archer Gargoyle track, and wins with a counterattack from Ifrit. Meanwhile Sakyo defeats an injured Shinobu outside the tournament. Zyro then challenges Sakyo for revenge but crashes his own Beyblade mid special-move and loses, vowing a future rematch in the Zero-G Stadium.
