A Star Fragment enters Earth's atmosphere and explodes, its light striking astronomer Yuki Mizusawa's Mercury Anubis and, later, Gingka's newly repaired Pegasus. After a rule-bending tournament win for Kenta, Gingka and Kyoya's beach rematch causes both Beys to evolve mid-battle into Cosmic Pegasus and Fang Leone, ending in a double knockdown with no clear winner.
