Description

Hasbro's Starter release of Michael's Trygle 2 swaps in parts from Dragoon GT: the Ten Wide Weight Disk, the turbo Left Engine Gear and a Dragoon GT version of the First Clutch Base ride under the same Triple Beak Attack Ring as Takara's original, though moulded in reddish brown rather than the prize version's orange. Unlike Takara's right-spinning release, this build spins left.

Hasbro's alternate version of Trygle 2, built around Dragoon GT's parts.

SlotPartWeightSpinNote
Attack Ring Triple Beak 3.9 g Right and Left Three large triangular teeth plus three smaller, mostly inert nubs. Its beveled edges concentrate force effectively, making it one of the hardest-hitting Smash Attack rings of the era in both spin directions, comparable to Square Edge or Great Dragon.
Weight Disk Ten Wide 14.0 (Takara/Hasbro) / 14.3 (SonoKong G-Blade) g A moderately light, outward-weighted disk, solid for Smash Attack (especially against rings a wide defense disk would otherwise block) but outclassed by Wide Defense/Wide Survivor for spin-stealing or survival due to recoil.
Spin Gear Left Engine Gear (Turbo) 7.0 g Left A CEW-compatible left-spin engine gear with a high-power, short-duration turbo gimmick, considered by the source about the only Engine Gear implementation genuinely capable in an attack role. Paired with the right tip it fires the blade at very high, if brief, speed.
Blade Base First Clutch Base (Dragoon GT Version) 7.4 g Fires its clutch at the start of the match. Its four wings create heavy recoil in both directions, especially Left, making the base a liability wherever it's mounted.
Other Metal Grip (Customize Engine Weight / tip) 2.7 g A rubber-tipped weight with a semi-flat profile similar in width to Storm Grip Base but with Customize Grip Base Tip-like rubber. Its weight and grip make it slow for a rubber tip, but it's the only tip with enough traction to make Left Engine Gear (Turbo)'s burst meaningful.

Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.
