Description

Appolon G is a Beyblade: G-Revolution Engine Gear System Beyblade released by Hasbro, combining an Apollon bit chip with a Corona Saber attack ring, a Ten Wide weight disk, a Metal Semi-Flat Right Engine Gear and a Dranzer-mold Hit Release blade base. Its "G" suffix marks it as an Engine Gear-equipped edition of the earlier plastic-era Apollon design.

Parts in detail

Hasbro's Engine Gear-equipped counterpart to Takara's Apollon, built around parts shared with Dranzer G.

SlotPartWeightSpinNote
Attack Ring Corona Saber 7.4 g Right and Left The same ring as the Takara Apollon release: aggressive square wingtips give strong Right Spin Smash Attack and useful Upper Attack in both directions, offset by heavy recoil.
Weight Disk Ten Balance 15.0 g A well-weighted, moderately edge-leaning disk offering a good mix of RPM retention and survival; generally second-best behind Wide Defense except where a more compact distribution is wanted.
Spin Gear Right Customize Engine Gear with Customize Engine Weight 6.7 g Right The Engine Gear gimmick rarely pays off: early triggering breaks the flower pattern and can self-KO, late triggering destabilizes, and the system's height leaves it exposed to shorter attackers regardless.
Blade Base Final Clutch Base (Dranzer G Version) 7.9 g The heaviest Final Clutch Base and second-heaviest Engine Gear base overall, with an edge-leaning weight distribution; its late-triggering clutch gives it standout Life After Death when paired with the Right Engine Gear (Metal Flat) weight.
Other Customize Engine Weight: Metal Semi-Flat 3.6 g Too aggressive to hold up in survival roles and too weak-gripped for defense, further hampered by the Engine Gear system's height, leaving it without a practical niche.

Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.
