Synopsis
The World Championship final opens with Kai insisting on going first against Spencer, whose whale bit-beast Seaborg turns the water-filled Black Sea dish into a tidal wave. Voltaire offers Kai the Black Dranzer chip one more time, in exchange for turning on his friends. Kai makes his choice, and the price is steep.
