Infernal Tower

Infernal Tower, called Hell Tower in Japan, is the twisted black-and-purple headquarters of Team Inferno, owned by Arthur Peregrine, with a highway cutting through its base and his office at the peak. It hosts several pivotal Rise-era battles, including Dante's win over Blindt with his newly evolved Command Dragon and Dante's climactic victory over Arthur that saves the blading world from Inferno's plans.

Little is on record for this entry, so what follows was gathered from our own collections — each section says which.
