Shining Tornado Buster is Tsubasa Otori's sixth special move for Earth Eagle 145WD: Eagle rides the wind skyward, gathers enormous windpower through its Earth Fusion Wheel, and wraps itself in a purple tornado sharp enough to pierce almost any defense when it crashes down on the opponent. It debuted in "Dark Eagle" during a tag battle with Yu Tendo against Sophie and Wales, symbolizing Tsubasa fusing with his dark power, and it was strong enough to beat both Sophie and Wales at once and hold its own against Ryuga.
