Biography

Valt is the excitable founder and captain of Beigoma Academy's BeyClub, runner-up in his first National Tournament before joining Spain's BC Sol and becoming World Champion. Across every Burst season he rebuilds his Valtryek line through repeated destruction and evolution, losing and regaining the world title multiple times to rivals like Aiger Akabane and Hyde. Childish and clumsy off the field, he is tactically sharp mid-battle, endlessly forgiving of former enemies, and treats every match as fun above winning, making him a mentor figure to younger bladers by the later seasons.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Valt starts out notably short next to his peers and gains height as the seasons pass. He has water-blue hair held back by a yellow-accented blue headband, fair skin, brown eyes, and a trio of red cheek markings below his left eye, the topmost jagged like a lightning bolt. Through the first two seasons he wears a red hoodie with a yellow "V," a light-blue body warmer over it, rolled-up blue trousers, yellow-cuffed black gloves and blue high-tops. Turbo brings a taller build and a dark-blue striped shirt with a new body warmer and black shoes with white toe caps. Rise swaps the palette to orange and green with brown-belted blue trousers, while Surge and QuadDrive return to red-and-blue variations on the same silhouette, each with its own gloves and boots. As a young child he wore a simple dark-blue tee and brown shorts.

Valt has a childish, easily excitable streak that shows in his obliviousness and his habit of clowning around, and early on he's prone to overconfidence and charging into fights without a plan, born as much from rawness as recklessness. He's also thin-skinned, quick to cry when hurt and quick to anger when his friends are insulted, but he pairs that sensitivity with real work ethic, training relentlessly and learning from every defeat until his instincts sharpen into genuine tactical skill. Socially he's warm and forgiving almost to a fault, welcoming back teammates who wronged him and caring more about a good battle than the result. He shares an unusually close bond with his Beyblade, Valtryek, talking to it as though it understands him. Early stage fright fades as the series goes on, and he grows more mature and serious without losing his easy friendliness.
