Brazilian blader Ranzo Kiyama arrives in Japan hoping to test himself against Bel and tags along with Bashara and Hanna to Phantom's Gate. Bel accidentally shatters Ranzo's Glide Roktavor during their battle, then helps him rebuild it into the Quad System Beyblade Cyclone Roktavor for a rematch that ends with Ranzo scoring a ring-out win. This dub episode combines two Japanese episodes.
