Phelix defeats Bel and Ranzo, then tracks down Valt at Beigoma Academy to vent his anger at Rashad. Debuting Phoenix's Heavy Mode, Phelix deliberately drags out the fight and finishes Valt with a Survivor Finish, a cruel display meant to make Rashad confront what he did to provoke him. This dub episode combines two Japanese episodes.
