Description

Pisces D125BS stayed a Japan-only release, reaching players as the prize top in Random Booster Vol. 2 Legend Pisces before evolving into Thermal Pisces T125ES. Takara Tomy's Metal System build sets the Pisces Wheel and Face Bolt on a D125 Track with a Bottom Spike tip, aimed squarely at stamina battles. A blue-detailed recolour also appeared in Hong Kong's 4 Layer Special Edition Set.

The competitive view

Pisces D125BS is a Metal Fight Beyblade built around the twin-shark-motif Pisces metal wheel, originally the prize Beyblade from Random Booster Vol.2 (as Legend Pisces) but later made easily available through reissues.

Pisces' rounded shark-head shape gives it Stamina and some Defense from its heavy, uninterrupted profile, but its shark-tooth contact points are not exposed enough to give meaningful Smash Attack; D125 offers little defensive benefit over other 125-height tracks; BS gives decent Stamina but has balance problems from its fine point, and is outclassed by D, WD and SD.

Verdict as the draft gives it: The whole combo is considered outclassed as both a Stamina wheel (beaten by Earth, which recoils less) and a Defense wheel (beaten by the much heavier Basalt), leaving little reason to buy it beyond collecting.

  • Metal Wheel Pisces: 35.4g
  • Track Defense 125 (D125): 1.7g
  • Bottom Ball Sharp (BS): 0.6g
  • Other versions: Pisces D125BS BB-83 Booster (black details); 4-Layer Special Edition Set Hong Kong (blue details, original version)
