Gladiator Bahamoote SP230GF, also written Gladiator Bahamdia SP230GF, is Kira Hayama's second top in Beyblade: Shogun Steel, taking over from Berserker Behemoth SR200BWD, and one of only two God Element tops made, the other being Samurai Pegasus W105R2F — together the pair combine into the God Synchrome top Pegasus Bahamoote SP230R2F. Takara Tomy sold it as Starter BBG-27 in Japan on December 1, 2012, with Hasbro following in western markets as Starter Pack SS-27 in March 2014, in a recoloured version with a black shogun face bolt, an orange-painted warrior wheel and a blue element wheel. It carries a Spike 230 spin track and a Giga Flat performance tip, and stands as the last regular Takara Tomy release in the Metal Series.

In play and in the story

The manga treats Gladiator Bahamoote as a direct upgrade of Berserker Behemoth, while the anime keeps the two as separate tops, and despite its toyline classification as a Balance Type, dialogue in the anime between Tsubasa Otori and Madoka Amano suggests it behaves as an Attack Type in battle.

Japan, December 1, 2012 — Starter BBG-27 (Takara Tomy).
Western countries, March 2014 — Starter Pack SS-27 (Hasbro), recoloured with a black shogun face bolt, an orange-painted warrior wheel and a blue element wheel.
