In play and in the story
Despite being classified as a Defense Type, it is noted to lack much actual defensive strength because of its Bottom Spike (BS) performance tip.
- Released as a BBG-20 Booster on August 11, 2012 in Japan, and later in western countries as an SS-20 Starter Pack in 2014, plus the SS-20A Behemoth Golem Earth Synchrome 2-Pack.
- Featured across eleven episodes of Beyblade: Shogun Steel's tournament storyline (ZG019-ZG033).
- Its Behemoth Warrior Wheel was given to Yoshio by Kira Hayama after Kira switched to Gladiator Bahamoote SP230GF, forming the related Synchrome combination Behemoth Golem DF145BS.
Community testing, Jul. 06, 2013 — summarised
The competitive view
The Goreim synchrom performance mirrors the analysis for Revizer, with Goreim only losing to a doubled Wyvang pairing that is difficult to obtain because of its limited release, making Goreim considered a strong budget option. Bandid, at 4.8 grams, is too light to matter against most 4D and synchrom combinations. DF145 is rated roughly even with the standard 145 track and behind W145 for stamina builds, and Ball Sharp offers little movement or friction with fair stamina, undercut by the same balance issues as the Spike tip. Goreim's attack performance is disputed, rated anywhere from great to simply a decent alternative thanks to its synchrom compatibility, with spin-velocity gains credited to the combination Goreim is used in rather than to the opponent.
