Description
Kenny engineered this version as the definitive tuning of Dragoon V2 rather than a separate top, giving Tyson an upgraded fifth Beyblade in V-Force before it evolved further into Dragoon G. Takara sold it through the RC Beyblade toyline, built around a wide, right-spin RC Flat Base meant for radio-controlled play, alongside the returning Dragoon Bit Chip, Spike Dragon Attack Ring and Reverse Attack support parts; Hasbro's international version mistakenly labelled it RA-01 Dragoon V.

Parts in detail
No further numbering documented beyond regional naming; its main practical value noted by collectors is as an inexpensive source of Neo Left Spin Gear shells, and it's positioned as a stepping stone toward Dragoon V2, which improves on nearly everything here.
| Slot | Part | Weight | Spin | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Attack Ring | Eight Attacker | 4.1 g | Left (no use in Right) | Mostly flat contact points generate high recoil in Left Spin, and that rotational recoil limits power even before accounting for how unfocused the contact points are; even once recoil is managed it doesn't hit especially hard given its limited range, and Right Spin offers no use at all due to recoil and a lack of effective contact points. |
| Weight Disk | Ten Wide | 14.0 (Takara/Hasbro) / 14.3 (SonoKong G-Blade) g | A moderately light Weight Disk with an outward mass bias, though less extreme than Wide Defense or Wide Survivor. | |
| Spin Gear | Neo Left Spin Gear (Metal Weight Version) Shells | 1.2 ea (2.4 total) g | Left | Preferred over regular Left Spin Gear shells for fitting every Spin-Gear-compatible Blade Base, including access to Neo-only cores like the Heavy Metal Core, and for being required to run Double Bearing Core in a Left-Spin zombie or defensive-zombie build. |
| Spin Gear | Metal Weight Core | 2.5 g | Packs a small metal cylinder for added mass but weighs a touch less than a Magnecore, so it rarely stands out as the clear best choice for Attack builds. | |
| Blade Base | Magne Flat Base | 4.7 g | Both (Left preferred; more recoil in Right) | A removable-tip Base that can host a range of shafts and tips, though only Customize Grip Base Tip and SG Grip Change Base Tip (via SG Bearing Version 2's casings) are genuinely useful, with SG Grip Base Tip a viable third option; think of it as a lighter Customize Grip Base without Support Part compatibility, with four wings that add minor Left-Spin Smash Attack but mostly just cause recoil, badly so in Right Spin. |
| Other | Magne Flat Base Tip | 1.9 g | A plastic (not clear rubber, despite some claims — true of both Takara and Hasbro copies) flat tip carrying an embedded South magnet; matches SG Flat Base's diameter and most of its properties — decent speed but poor recoil control and only average movement control — while its wider edge interacts poorly with the tornado ridge and causes problems once the Beyblade starts to tilt. |
Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.

Community testing, 2009-03-14 — summarised
The competitive view
Dragoon Victory (Dragoon V, item A-41) is a 5-Layer/Magnecore starter whose main value is its Neo Left SG shells and 10 Wide weight disk rather than its attack ring or blade base; the Magne Flat blade base is noted as usable, if not competitively serious, in magnetic stadiums.
The Eight Attackers ring is usable for left-spin Smash Attack only when nothing else is available, greatly outclassed by Eight Spiker (Dragoon G), with recoil from gaps between its spikes; the Magne Flat blade base can be used near magnetic blocks in an MG stadium, even causing the combo to jump when paired with a South spin-gear core and MG WD, but is described as not viable for serious play.
Verdict as the draft gives it: The article rates the Beyblade's overall priority to buy as 'Low,' worth it mainly for the Spin Gear shells and 10 Wide weight disk.
- Item number: A-41
- System: 5-Layer/Magnecore
- Attack Ring: Eight Attackers
- Weight Disk: 10 Wide (see Wide Weight Disks)
- Spin Gear: Neo Left SG (MW Core)
- Blade Base: Magne Flat, hard plastic tip with a thin rubber layer at the very bottom
