Description
Bearing Stinger, known in Japan as Metal Dragoon Bearing Stinger, is a Spin Gear System Beyblade combining a Metal Dragoon bit chip with a Scissor Cutter attack ring, a Heavy weight disk and the Bearing Base blade base. It holds a notable technical first, introducing an internal ball bearing to a Beyblade's blade base years before that became standard practice.

Parts in detail
Bearing-equipped release; collectors note its performance figures assume shielded ball bearings fitted in every bearing position.
| Slot | Part | Weight | Spin | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Attack Ring | Scissor Cutter | 3.0 g | Right only | A small, thin ring prone to breaking even in its reinforced 'Phantom Force' version; reasonably hard-hitting for its era, but outward-angled contact points cause enough recoil that it's too aggressive for serious survival use, even under Wide Survivor's partial cover. |
| Weight Disk | Heavy | 15.3 g | The most compact weight distribution of any disk, though individual copies vary in actual weight; fairly competitive in compacts and traditional upper attack and a backup for weight-based defense. | |
| Spin Gear | Bearing Base Shaft | 0.72 g | Uses a low-friction POM tip for excellent stamina but shows noticeable wobble from the bearing support, making it vulnerable to being caught and ground down under Circle Survivor Defense; it especially shines in same-spin zombie mirror matches thanks to very low friction and offers the best stamina of any non-aggressive zombie shaft, though it lacks the precession benefit Neo SG (Double Bearing Version) Shaft gets from Customize Grip Base. | |
| Blade Base | Bearing Base | 6.7 (without shaft) plus 2 bearings g | Right only | An early prototype for both removable spin gears and shaft-and-casing setups, fitting two bearings (two POM, one metal) and offering good lift; a useful part restricted by its right-spin lock. |
Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.
