Synopsis
The regional qualifying tournament opens at a seaside dome, with Tyson, Max, and even Kenny entered in separate blocks. Kenny's homemade blade is no match for Kai's Dranzer, while Tyson has to clear an obstacle-course dish and get past his old Blade Sharks rivals, Carlos included. A quiet, long-haired newcomer named Ray Kon takes his block without breaking a sweat.
