Joseph

Biography

Joseph — Yusuf in Japan — is the youngest Saint Shield and its scout, a small, quick blader whose mole bit-beast Vanishing Moot drops beneath the dish and strikes from nowhere. He works closely with his sister Mariam, sharing the hooded reconnaissance of the early episodes and the ambush that follows, and teases her constantly. His own showcase is beating Ray Kon in his home village, and he later partners Dunga against Kai and Ray in the clan's decisive test. Once the Saint Shields turn to protecting the Bladebreakers from the scientists building cyber bit-beasts, Joseph is the one slipping into their hideouts for information. He is more mischievous than menacing, and the first of the clan to warm to the team. He and Mariam enter the World Championship as a tag pair and go out to King and Queen.

A young-looking boy with green hair and green eyes, in the Saint Shields' uniform.
