Biography
Gideon is the flamboyant, technology-obsessed billionaire who runs Team Psykick for Dr Zagart — a boardroom villain rather than a blader, giving orders through black-suited enforcers and measuring progress in data. With his lead scientist Doctor B he develops the Magtram and the MG Core, and when fielding bladers without bit-beasts fails he moves on to building cyber copies of the heroes' own. He kidnaps Kenny and Hilary, bankrolls the whole programme and builds specialist bases for it, the Battle Tower among them. Tyson's battle with Kane brings the tower down on top of him, and he is not seen again.
Appearance and personality
What They Look Like, and How They Behave
A flamboyant billionaire by nature, Gideon dresses in bright colours and is often seen polishing a gold ring or drinking red wine. His hair is purple, and his bushy eyebrows curl upward into three points.
Gideon stays hands-on with his research, watching his scientists work or following livestream battle data, and his grasp of the analysis readouts shows real expertise in Beyblading. Technology fascinates him: he keeps robots and high-tech gadgets on hand, and had specialist Beyblades built for different terrains, seemingly to compensate for not having Bit-Beasts of his own. It was his idea to build mechanical copies of the Bladebreakers' Bit-Beasts to even the odds and make them capturable; he was the second person in the Original Series to create artificial Bit-Beasts, after Boris Balkov. He was willing to go to extremes to get what he wanted, kidnapping more than once, and set up dedicated bases for his schemes, from an abandoned ship to a deserted island to a purpose-built Battle Tower.

Story by season
Where the seasons take them
Beyblade V-Force (2002)
Psykick organisation (head)
Running Team Psykick for Dr. Zagart, Gideon spends the season's first half building the operation's machinery, the Magtram and MG Core among it, before deciding hired bladers without bit-beasts of their own can't beat the Bladebreakers. His answer is Cyber Bit-Beasts, counterfeit copies handed to Kane's group, and once they're ready he challenges the Bladebreakers to his Battle Tower, having already kidnapped Kenny and Hilary to pressure them. He watches from a distance as his own recruits are consumed by the copies he built. It's Tyson and Kane's final battle, not any plan of his, that brings the structure down, the tower's foundations giving way under power neither boy controls. Gideon is crushed beneath it and never appears again, the Psykick operation ending with him.
Briefing
What to know
- Flamboyant billionaire who oversees Team Psykick on behalf of Dr. Zagart.
- Co-creates the Magtram and the MG Core concept with lead scientist Doctor B.
- Pioneers artificial Cyber Bit-Beasts, mechanical copies of the Bladebreakers' own bit-beasts.
- Uses kidnapping and builds bases (an abandoned ship, a deserted island, a battle tower) for his plans.
- Hosts a final beybattle at his battle tower to capture the heroes' bit-beasts once and for all.
- The tower collapses on him after Tyson and Kane's battle damages its foundations; faint calls afterward suggest he survives.
- Wiki compares him closely to fellow bit-beast-creating villain Boris Balkov and notes he is merely a middleman for Dr. Zagart.

Claims We Could Not Check
- Bears a striking resemblance to Boris Balkov, another elite-lab villain capable of creating bit-beasts.
- Despite his wealth and menace, he is ultimately just a middleman working for Dr. Zagart.
- His fate after the tower's collapse is left deliberately ambiguous.
