About This Part
Hasbro produced Zeta-S as its SlingShock take on Takara Tomy's Zeta Driver, carrying over the same three switchable settings, and brought it to western shelves in the Turbo Spryzen S4 0Wall Zeta-S SlingShock Starter Pack. Like other SlingShock Drivers it can be left protruding for a "SlingShock Mode", and its Defense setting swaps Zeta's rounded ball tip for a flat one, which makes that mode's movement even more aggressive than its own Attack setting.
In Play
Each of its three settings falls short of the standalone Drivers they are modelled on, and all three are outclassed by later switch-tip and dedicated options, so the community keeps Zeta-S mainly for collecting rather than tournament play.
- Debuted in western countries with the SlingShock Starter Pack, Turbo Spryzen S4 0Wall Zeta-S.
- Reissued with Phantom Driger Slash 2 Zeta-S.
