About This Part

Spiral is a flat, left-curving spiked tip carried over into Takara Tomy's Gatinko Layer System as a dash driver. It keeps the same wide contact area that pushes its speed above Assault, along with the plastic construction and rough rim that make it hard to hold a banking line and quick to lose stamina. As one of the dash drivers, it adds a stiffer spring lock that raises its resistance to bursting. It debuted in Japan on June 22nd, 2019 with the B-144 booster Zwei Longinus Drake Spiral' Metsu.

In Play

The community generally treats this version the same way as the original Spiral: strong against Tornado-Stalling opponents thanks to its speed, but too erratic and stamina-poor for serious tournament use.
