About This Part
Atomic is a Driver Takara Tomy released for the Dynamite Battle Layer System, debuting in Japan on February 5th, 2022 with the B-195 Booster Prominence Valkyrie Over Atomic'-0. Like the original Atomic, it pairs a free-rotating ball tip larger than its predecessor Orbit with a four-tabbed free-spinning ring, and this Dash Driver version adds a stronger spring lock for greater Burst resistance.
In Play
The community credits Atomic' with strong Stamina and Life-After-Death potential when paired with heavy Discs and wide Frames, but rates it behind Takara Tomy's own Bearing' and Drift against opposite-spin opponents and behind Hasbro's Atomic-S and Kick on the Hasbro side; it is not legal in the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
