About This Part
Assault-Q is a Driver Hasbro released for the QuadDrive System, debuting in western countries with the Cyclone Fury String Launcher Set. It is Hasbro's QuadDrive counterpart to Assault, keeping the same wide flat tip shape but modified with two attachment points so an Armor Tip can be fitted, switching the Driver into "Plus Mode" at a height closer to a SpeedStorm Driver.
In Play
The wide flat tip gives Assault-Q more speed than Drivers such as Accel at the cost of control and Stamina, and the community rates it outclassed for direct use by rubber flat Drivers such as Hunter-S and Xtreme, though its strong spring and high Burst resistance make it a recommended base for an Armor Tip.
