Description
Takara Tomy sent this Balance Type Starter into Japan on March 17th, 2018 for 1512円, joining the Cho-Z Layer System within the wider Burst System. Its Z Achilles Layer, 11 Disc and Xtend Driver spin right, and the build gives way to Z Achilles 11 Xtend+ in the anime and manga and to Cho-Z Achilles 00 Dimension in the toyline. Its name and avatar draw on the Greek hero Achilles.

Community testing, Mar. 18, 2018 — summarised
The competitive view
Z Achilles is a Balance Type Energy Layer with four large blades forming a high-recoil square shape, with metal concentrated on the wings as part of the Chou-Z Layer System. A Level Chip can improve its balance and weight.
The wing-concentrated metal boosts attack potential and gives high outward-weight-distribution, raising stamina and movement speed, plus high inertia for burst resistance.
- Four large blades in a square layout
- Metal concentrated on the wings
- Medium-high teeth on the Japanese release
- Compatible with a Level Chip
