The competitive view

A Japan-only reward Beyblade (30,000 Beypoints, discontinued since early 2011) pairing the translucent-green Libra clear wheel with the Infinity metal wheel, a round design meant to echo the original Metal System Libra's shape, plus the twin-metal-ball Gravity Bowl 145 track and a Sharp bottom.

Infinity underperforms as a defense wheel versus wheels like Basalt because it is thinner and lighter than most metal wheels, with indents that add recoil; GB145's free-rolling balls add spin-retaining force but are outperformed for raw hit absorption by BD145 and 230, though GB145 still excels against high-CH120 attackers; the Sharp bottom offers minimal friction but destabilizes easily.

Verdict as the draft gives it: Its only useful part, GB145, is obtainable more cheaply through Earth Virgo GB145BS; recommended for collection purposes only.

  • Clear Wheel Libra weight: 2.8 grams (translucent green)
  • Metal Wheel Infinity weight: 29.7 grams
