About This Part
Libra is an Energy Ring built for the Hybrid Wheel System, first sold with Flame Libra T125ES in September 2009. The standard release is moulded in translucent green and carries a scale pattern on opposite faces. An early production run fit Fusion Wheels loosely enough to rattle, a flaw corrected in the later Hybrid Wheel Custom Set (Stamina & Defense) release.
