Takara Tomy released this Attack-type top in Japan as a variant build of Bakushin Beelzeb T125XF. It carries a Beelzeb face bolt depicting the fly-faced demon Beelzebub in a black-and-red crown, a balanced translucent dark-green Beelzeb energy ring, the wide three-headed Hell fusion wheel, a 125 spin track and an Extreme Flat performance tip.

Community ratings place the Extreme Flat tip near the top of attack-oriented tips, with fast, aggressive movement close to Right Rubber Flat despite keeping a touch more stamina from its plastic build; the Hell wheel beneath it is widely regarded as a strong balance-type wheel, offering middling attack, strong defence and solid stamina, though its centred mass makes it a weaker fit for pure stamina builds.
