• Released in Japan inside the Beyblade Deck Attack & Defense Set on August 7, 2010.
• Also released separately by Hasbro in the West.
• Owned by Damoure in the Beyblade: Metal Masters anime.

Covers Counter Escolpio 145D (BB-86, Hybrid Wheel System), renamed and re-released by Hasbro as the Counter Scorpio Starter, focused on the Leone-styled but lower-recoil Counter Metal Wheel alongside its 145 Track and Defense Bottom.

Counter's projections are too closely spaced for consistent attack contact, giving only fair Smash Attack, but its more compact, rounded shape produces less recoil than the Leone Wheel it's modeled on, making it a mild defensive option; 145 and D are both once-premier stamina/defense parts later outclassed by gimmicked alternatives like BD145, AD145, and W105.

Verdict as the draft gives it: 145 and D are still cited as usable (e.g., Duo Cygnus 230D for D, MF Counter Bull H145RF as a fallback attack combo for Counter), but the article recommends buying this specific Beyblade only for collection purposes since its useful parts are more efficiently obtained elsewhere.
