About This Part
Hades, also known as Hell, is a Fusion Wheel made by Takara Tomy that debuted in Japan with the BB-99 Maximum Series Starter Hell Kerbecs BD145DS on December 28, 2010. It is shaped into three wings resembling dog heads and measures 50 millimetres across, with wide gaps between the wings designed to interlock with the Boost Disk 145 in a "Boost Mode." At release it stood as the widest Fusion Wheel on the market, a distinction later matched or exceeded by 4D Metal Wheels such as Cosmic.
In Play
Filled in by Boost Disk 145, the gapped wings help Hades in stamina-oriented builds, while left open they deliver strong Smash Attack, giving the wheel a place in attack-focused combinations as well.
