Emperor Forneus is a Defense-type Energy Layer themed on the demonology figure Forneus, shown as twin shark heads, with twelve counter-clockwise blades forming a round, low-recoil shape for high Defense potential. As a Super-Z Layer it carries metal in the shark details, which raises weight and creates a Centralized Weight Distribution that resists movement but hurts Stamina.
The warped blades create recoil comparable to Nova Neptune or Psychic Phantom and the centralized weight distribution hurts Stamina, though the warping does add some destabilization potential that the layer's weight and teeth can help offset, especially once paired with a Level Chip.
Verdict as the draft gives it: Emperor Forneus ranks below Spriggan Requiem for Defense use due to its recoil and poor Stamina, but is still considered a welcome collection piece.
