Synopsis
Tyson's semifinal against Ray becomes a lesson in counter-rotation, as Ray's left-spinning Driger tears through Dragoon's attack ring with the Tiger Claw. Kenny rushes in with replacement parts and a fresh attack ring designed with Dizzi, and Tyson discovers he can whip up a tornado inside the dish. Dragoon's first named special move, the Storm Attack, is born here.
