HD Academy

HD Academy is a glass tower in Hades City that hunts for underperforming Bladers and pushes them through an 'Arrangement System' to make them stronger, expelling anyone who doesn't improve. Tied to the Dark Nebula and owned by Dr. Ziggurat, it also engineered the Team Star Breaker Beyblades and, using data on Meteo L-Drago and Gravity Destroyer, helped weaponize Faust — until Ryuga wrecked most of the building fighting Zeo Abyss.
