Cornered in a dead end, Gingka and Masamune escape through a hole Kyoya blasts in the wall, leaving Kyoya to face a freshly re-arranged Damian alone. Damian's taunts about Kyoya never beating Gingka fuel his resolve; after Hades Gate drags him into the underworld and back, Kyoya draws on the wild's lesson of self-reliance to unleash King Lion Reverse Wind Strike, shattering Hades Kerbecs and sending Damian into a mental breakdown.
