Biography
Steve is the All Starz' footballer, a broad-shouldered blader whose bison bit-beast Tryhorn charges straight through whatever is in front of it. He played professionally until he was thrown off his team for how he behaved on the field, and he blades the same way: short, loud, physical matches decided on power. He beats Ray and gets the better of Tyson repeatedly before his temper costs him the match that counts. Afterwards he is beaten badly by Ian, loses Tryhorn to Black Dranzer with the rest of the team and only recovers it once Tyson beats Tala. An injury writes him out of G-Revolution, where Rick Anderson takes his place.
Personality
How They Behave
A professional footballer before Beyblade, thrown off his team for how he behaved on the field. He took up the sport to beat people at it, and plays the way he played: straight through the middle, on power.

Beyblade (2001)
All Starz
Ray challenges Steve the moment the Bladebreakers arrive at PPB Corp and loses outright, Tryhorn simply overpowering Driger, and Steve follows it by smashing a reinforced glass wall that Tyson can't even crack trying to match him. Against Tyson in the American final he plays a longer game than his temper suggests, throwing the first round to gather data and winning the second on the techniques it buys him, but the third round turns on him when Tyson's improvising throws his data system off and his own anger finishes the job Tyson's attack started. Russia is worse: Ian dismantles him in the semi-finals almost instantly, and when Kai turns Black Dranzer on the whole team, Steve loses Tryhorn along with everyone else, recovering it only once Tyson beats Tala.
