Sho Tenma

Biography

Sho Tenma is the humble, good-natured protagonist of BeyWheelz and its sequel Beywarriors: Beyraiderz, leading Team Estrella and holding the title of Beywheelz World Champion with his Soaring Wing Pegasus. Despite being the sport's most admired competitor, he stays kind and supportive, training beginners and always looking for the good in his opponents. Across BeyWheelz he defends his city from the rogue Dominators, helps recruit new teammates, and ultimately defeats the corrupted Ryan Gladstone to open a gateway to a new world, where he picks up the Beyraiderz Samurai Ifrit and keeps battling alongside old and new allies.

Sho, in his earliest appearance, has a solid build and large, spiky dark brown hair with bangs spiking over his forehead and curved spikes framing his face, above light sky-blue eyes. He wears a light grey undershirt under a slim navy jacket with black stripes, black fingerless gloves, blue jeans and green sneakers. By Beywheelz and Beyraiderz he reads as a teenager, slightly more muscular, keeping the same spiky hairstyle but now dark reddish-brown. His outfit shifts to a white T-shirt under a small black jacket with red-and-gold highlights, echoing Zyro's Shogun Steel look, bronze fingerless gloves with a gold linear highlight, a silver-buckled brown belt, red pants with front pockets, and black-and-red boots trimmed white with red laces.

Sho carries himself with real humility despite being the strongest Wheeler around, someone plenty of rivals — even his own teammates at times — envy and look up to. He holds a firm sense of justice and is kind, thoughtful and always ready to back up his friends, happily sparring with beginners and treating recognition as an honour rather than his due. He comes across as cheerful and easygoing, but he'll fight hard for what he believes matters, and he keeps faith in people, ready to give them another chance.
