The five-on-five tournament between the Dominators and Team Estrella kicks off with Covey facing Sting's Toxic Stinger Scorpio in a randomly chosen crash-and-cactus arena. Sting's light, fast Scorpio dominates early against the heavier Bull, but Covey improvises a new technique from earlier observations, sending Scorpio flying into a cactus spike to secure Estrella's first win of the tournament.
