About This Part
Retsu is a Weight built from three plain hexagons — one on its right side, two on its left — for the Burst System and Gatinko Layer System, leaving most of its mass concentrated on one side. Takara Tomy debuted it in Japan on March 16th, 2019 with the B-134 Booster, Slash Valkyrie Blitz Power Retsu, and Hasbro released it west through the Evo Elite Champions Pro Set. Its hexagons carry far less surface detail than pieces such as Sen and Goku, which leaves Retsu with noticeably less weight than either.
In Play
The community treats Retsu as unbalanced and light next to more heavily detailed Weights, leaving it outclassed by pieces such as Goku and Zan and giving it essentially no place in serious combinations, worth owning only for a collection.
