About This Part

At nearly 11 grams, Goku is the heaviest Weight Takara Tomy has produced for the Burst System and Gatinko Layer System. It is built from six connected hexagons carrying detailing unlike other Weights, with mass distributed evenly across all six; it debuted in Japan on April 26th, 2019 as the B-00 Rare Bey Get Battle Prize, Slash Valkyrie Goku.

The community rates Goku as the strongest all-around Weight thanks to its heft and even balance, calling it superior even to the built-in weighting on Diabolos 1 and outclassing every rival Weight; even so, Gatinko Layer System Energy Layers are too light overall to be competitive, so Goku is treated as collection-only, and it is not legal in either the WBO's Limited or Classic formats.

  • Debuted in Japan on April 26th, 2019, as the B-00 Rare Bey Get Battle Prize, Slash Valkyrie Goku.
  • A black version of Goku was distributed through a Japanese GT Point Get Battle Campaign, earned by taking part in G4 tournaments or by battling motorized Beys in stadiums fitted with the Mugen or Mugen-L Disc-Integrated Drivers.
