About This Part
Uranus is Takara Tomy's Superking Chip take on the Greek sky god of the same name, spinning to the right within the Burst System's Superking Layer System. It reached Japanese shelves through the CoroCoro August issue on July 15th, 2020, then crossed into western markets inside Hasbro's Triple Threat Collection.
In Play
Its weight sits in the middle of the Superking Chip range, so competitive bladers tend to reach for heavier right-spin options such as Hyperion 2 or Solomon, or for the dual-spin flexibility of Diabolos and Spriggan, leaving Uranus without a clear niche of its own; it is not favoured in the Burst format and is barred outright from Burst GT, Burst Limited and Burst Classic play.
