About This Part
Pandora P8's mold depicts the first woman of Greek mythology, best remembered for the box she was warned never to open. Hasbro released the right-spin Strike Chip as part of the Burst System's QuadDrive and QuadStrike lines, debuting in western countries inside the Thunder Edge Battle Set, and it runs an unusually low weight for its category alongside below-average burst resistance.
In Play
The community treats QuadStrike System Layers as heavily outclassed by Takara Tomy's Cho-Z Layer System releases and later lines, so Pandora P8 is considered a collector's piece rather than a tournament choice, and it holds no legal status in the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
- Released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System, QuadDrive System and QuadStrike System.
- Debuted in western countries with the Thunder Edge Battle Set.
- Reissued across multiple Hasbro sets under the names Pandora Endless, Pandora Everlasting, Pandora Epic and Pandora Evasive.
