About This Part

Hasbro's Light Ignite Battle Set brought Evo-X Belfyre B8 to western shelves as a right-spin Strike Chip for the Burst System and the QuadStrike System. Its face sculpt depicts Belial, the Demon King, and compared with its predecessor Evo Belfyre B7 it runs lighter and posts lower Burst Resistance, though that Burst Resistance is still comparable to other Strike Chips such as Dragon D8. Unlike its Takara Tomy counterpart, it carries neither the Overdrive System nor the Burst Lock gimmick.

In Play

The community places Hasbro's QuadStrike Strike Chips behind Takara Tomy's Cho-Z Layer System and later lines, and Evo-X Belfyre B8 is likewise barred from the WBO's Burst Classic Format, leaving it recommended for collecting only.
