About This Part
Hasbro built Raid as a left-spin Ring for the Burst System's SpeedStorm System, introducing it through the SpeedStorm Starter Pack Raid Lúinor L6 3A-D Destroy-SPM. Where its Takara Tomy counterpart Rage rivets on two metal dragon heads, Raid molds the same two heads and trailing points as a single plastic piece with shorter, shallower slopes, and its hollow underside leaves it very light. That lightness lets its own recoil throw it around during battle.
In Play
Without Rage's matching 3A Chassis behind it, the Hasbro-equivalent 3A-D Forge Disc cannot supply useful contact points either, so competitive players consider Raid outclassed for Attack builds by parts such as Brutal Lúinor L4 and the Zone Layer Base, leaving it mostly a collector's piece.
- Released in western countries with the SpeedStorm Starter Pack, Raid Lúinor L6 3A-D Destroy-SPM.
