About This Part

Takara Tomy released Rage for the Burst System's Superking Layer System, debuting in Japan on June 27th, 2020 inside the B-168 Booster, Rage Longinus Destroy' 3A, before Hasbro brought the same combination west as Rage Lúinor Destroy' 3A in a Pro Series Starter Pack. Two riveted metal dragon heads sit on its sides alongside two upper blades, a shape carried forward from Lost Longinus and Nightmare Longinus built for heavy recoil and Upper Attacks, and it pairs naturally with the 3A Chassis. Hasbro's Pro Series molds use a softer plastic than the Takara Tomy original.

In Play

The weight of its metal dragon heads gives Rage strong Knock-Out and Burst potential, and competitive players long rated it as the strongest Superking Ring for Attack builds, though the Dynamite Battle Layer System's newer Superking Layers have since taken some of that edge away; it remains barred from the WBO's Burst Limited and Classic Formats.
