About This Part

Takara Tomy's Glide is a right-spin Stamina Type Ring that first reached Japan on March 28th, 2020 inside the B-161 Booster, Glide Ragnaruk Wheel Revolve 1S. Three large coloured wings alternate with three smaller clear ones, giving it the look of a three-sided take on its predecessor Crash Ragnaruk, and it carries forward the Stamina Wings gimmick first seen on Blaze Ragnaruk and Crash Ragnaruk, where the clear wings pivot to parry incoming hits. Any right-spin or dual-spin Superking Chip and Chassis fits it.

In Play

Three-sided symmetry shrinks and weakens each contact point while opening bigger gaps between them, so a combination built around Glide tends to take more recoil in battle, and the pivoting-wing parry effect turns out to be barely noticeable. A thin underside also holds the Chip close to the Chassis, exposing its teeth poorly and leaving Burst Resistance below average, though pairing it with a Double Chassis helps offset the risk. Its rounded, semi-aggressive outline still lets it perform in Defense/Stamina and Attack/Stamina Combinations, best lined up on a 2A or 2S Chassis to push extra weight onto the three main contact points, though the community rates it below older parts such as Archer Hercules and Perfect Phoenix and treats it mainly as a collection piece.
