About This Part
Curse is a Hasbro Ring for the Burst System and the SpeedStorm System, launching west inside the SpeedStorm Starter Pack, Curse Satomb S6 Hurricane Universe-SPM. A second Storm Chip pairing followed with Curse Devolos D6.
In Play
- Debuted in western countries with the SpeedStorm Starter Pack, Curse Satomb S6 Hurricane Universe-SPM.
The Competitive View
The large rollers reliably deflect hits (unlike predecessor Kreis Satan's smaller, recoil-prone rollers), and the overall round shape gives good life-after-death; rollers occasionally chip or break off with heavy use.
Verdict as the draft gives it: Rated a must-have defensive Ring since the deflection gimmick functions as intended without sacrificing the round shape's life-after-death.
- Debut: B-164 Random Booster Vol. 20, April 25, 2020 (Japan)
- Five large rollers along the edge
- Predecessor named Kreis Satan, whose rollers were smaller and prone to recoil instead of deflection
Related parts named in the draft: Kreis Satan.
