About This Part
Destined is a right-spin Attack-type Blade Hasbro built by grafting Takara Tomy's H Gear and A Gear Evolution Gears onto its Divine mould, giving it the H Gear's red, blue and purple armour look plus three short blade-like points borrowed from the A Gear. Despite the added sculpting the piece keeps Divine's weight and output almost unchanged, and its three main wings are too stubby to serve as real striking edges. It debuted in western countries inside the Light Ignite Battle Set.
In Play
Its light build leaves it exposed to bursting and unable to run a metal armour piece the way Takara Tomy's Divine BU Blade can, so competitive players consider it outclassed against opposite-spin foes and only middling against same-spin ones, making it a collection piece rather than a tournament choice.
- Released by Hasbro in the Light Ignite Battle Set as Destined Evo-X Belfyre B8 D Gear-Q Gyro-Q+VS Gear-2'.
