About This Part
Yaeger Yggdrasil brought a kite-shaped Stamina Type Layer to the Burst System's Dual Layer line, following the general silhouette of its predecessor Yggdrasil and naming itself after the Norse world tree while adding two dragon heads near the centre to match the anime's version of the creature. Takara Tomy released it in Japan on July 16th, 2016 with the B-49 Random Booster Vol. 3, Yaeger Yggdrasil.G.Y.
In Play
Weight sits mostly on the rim, but the kite shape's recoil eats into that advantage enough that the community ranks it behind Layers like Deep Chaos and Screw Trident for Stamina, and the recoil is too mild to help in Attack combinations either; four short teeth cannot cope with even that recoil, leaving Yaeger Yggdrasil without a real competitive niche and recommended only for collecting.
