About This Part
Unperfect Phoenix P4 shares its build method with Takara Tomy's Unperfect Phoenix: Hasbro's SlingShock System lets Bladers assemble it from the Revive Armor of Revive Phoenix P4 and the Dread Core of Dread Phoenix P4, with the alternate combination of the remaining pieces known as Perfect Phoenix P4. It carries the same bird-and-wings design as its siblings, honouring the mythical Phoenix, but unlike its Takara Tomy namesake it leaves out metal entirely. The Revive Armor locks onto the rest of the Layer and can be dislodged in a hit, trimming weight and smoothing the perimeter for less recoil while leaving the detached piece in the stadium to potentially interfere with either side's banking pattern.
